I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were cozy and well-equipped with a lovely view of the Malvern Hills. The service was exceptional, with a personal touch from the reception to the restaurant. The location was peaceful near Worcester, and the dining experience was satisfactory with room for improvement. Overall, a great value for the money.

The hotel offers a lovely view across to Malvern Hills and keeps the rooms very clean with all the amenities, although the double bed was extremely uncomfortable. The service, from the receptionist to the restaurant manager, was personalized and friendly, enhancing the overall experience. The location, despite being on a busy roundabout solely for golf, provides a nice garden at the rear and beautiful views over the golf course. The dining experience, while quite expensive to add on, offers premium meats but lacks in promptness and replenishing. The facilities are well-maintained and cater to guests' needs.
